Eithne Hunt started drag racing with a junior dragster borrowed from John Evett in 2007 when she was seven years old.  The first few passes at each new track have been a real nervewracking experience for her but  once she’s got the first couple of runs under her belt she’s away.

Eithne’s fastest run has been an ET of 15.7 seconds at a speed of 40.65mph in December 2008 – not bad for an eight year old was it.  Eithne’s had limited meetings this season (2008/09) as she has outgrown the car.  Eithne will sit out the 2009/10 season while her Dad gets to grips with his newly built TDS 69 Camaro RS.  It’s intended to get Eithne a bigger car for the 2010/11 season…..
